25% всех иностранных инвестиций в недвижимость Болгарии за первые два месяца 2016 года поступило от граждан России. Всего россияне вложили в местные квадратные метры €1,2 млн. На втором месте по активности – граждане США, которые потратили на недвижимость Болгарии €0,7 млн (15,1%).

Полезно: 83% элитной недвижимости в Барселоне покупают иностранцы. Это еще одно доказательство восстановления испанского рынка. Иностранцы активно скупают не только дешевые объекты на побережье, но и элитную недвижимость, стоимостью от €950 000. В прошлом году в Барселоне только 17% сделок с дорогими апартаментами и виллами заключили местные покупатели.

Участниками мероприятия стали Государственный Приморский военный госпиталь 214 (г. Далянь, Китай), Клиника женского здоровья "Хелена" и Хельсинкский университетский госпиталь (г. Хельсинки, Финляндия). Презентовали свои программы по лечению и оздоровлению за рубежом.
